TURNING INTEREST INTO ACTION

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Guide Services Network emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support our communities in their efforts to thrive while facing 21st Century challenges to public health, the success and safety of our youth, the wellbeing of our elderly and those 'baby-boomer' individuals who fall in between. Public health and social change call for strategic, intentional, interdisciplinary action that embraces the valued contribution of the trained clinician  and other professional (e.g., doctor, nurse, psychologist, social worker, educator, law enforcer, etc.) as well as the community leader (e.g., politician, business owner, faith leader, activist) and the lay person who just wants to make our communities and world a better place for the generation coming up behind us.  Established in 2004 and revamped in 2018, we’re an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong commitment to making individual and community transformation - that is, positive and permanent change from the inside out - a living reality for all.
